Ayo hosted the second edition of his annual block party. This year’s event welcomed over 120 kids from organizations, Beyond the Ball and the Urban Male Network to an elementary school in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago.

Both organizations focus on providing safe spaces for kids to play and enjoy sports in their communities.  The Urban Male Network, a My Brothers Keeper summer grant recipient through the Obama Foundation, also develops their members through community service and professional development programs. Each organization was granted $5,000 to continue the support for their initiatives going forward.
