It’s no secret that Ayo credits two things to his success: the willingness to work hard and achieve goals, and the support and opportunity of those who have believed in him.

As a kid growing up in Chicago, Ayo has had the first-hand experience of seeing fear, self-doubt and limited access to opportunity rob those around him of hope and, ultimately, success.  

Determined to see things change, he started the Ayo Dos Foundation and is making the youth of Chicago this deal: If they’ll put in the hard work, he’ll offer the opportunity.
